Noting like waking up and getting up and ready to cook for my family…. today we tried out something really special. 

 

we boiled some brown rice ( remember to soak it over night) in fresh coconut milk ( just blend your dry hard coconut and strain it in to a thick creamy milk). then once your rice is soft and creamy blend some juicy mango then mix it into your cooked creamy brown rice and there you are fruity brown rice porridge….enjoy
